Toni Grace Moore - Senior Recruiter
 Toni wants you to think of her as "Your friend in the business". That is why she works closely with everyone to help them to see value in their day-to-day contributions at their current job, and to explore opportunities which could stir up the gifts of untapped potential for the future.
Toni's compassion for people and her desire to help others in reaching their fullest potential is the reason she decided to become a recruiter. She enjoys encouraging clients and candidates to step out of their comfort zone and to explore opportunities that enable continued growth and advancement. Toni believes a lot of people avoid making changes because it seems so much safer to stay where they are. The reality is, everything changes and Toni likes to help people ask themselves the question, "What extra steps could I be taking?"
After receiving her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Millersville in Pennsylvania, Toni worked in the public sector before moving to California where her career in Real Estate began. She is particularly successful in speaking the language of mortgage professionals because she has over 15 years experience in the mortgage industry including real estate sales, loan processing, underwriting and management.
Toni earned a masters in Public Administration from USC in 1997 and has done consulting work in the areas of program evaluation and project management. A natural leader and excellent communicator, Toni has proven to be a valuable addition to our team.
