Greg Scott - Senior Recruiter

Passion and commitment are a driving force in Greg Scott's life, so it is no surprise that he is able to conjure up these same qualities in many of his recruits in his attempt to help them succeed. He brings over five years experience recruiting in the technology and financial industries and over this period of time has massed an extensive network of contacts, which has resulted in strong, high-performing candidates for his clients.

Greg handles senior level searches for the financial companies specializing in the Mortgage sector and has a passion and commitment to identifying the best and the brightest candidates for his clients. If a client and candidate match well it will result in a business relationship that will prove to be mutually beneficial.

Greg attended Eastern Washington University where he specialized in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Past experiences include having worked as an Executive and Technical Recruiter where he managed the full recruiting life cycle for new and existing clients and worked with hiring managers to accurately identify their needs to help create effective job postings. Owning his own business also provided him with experience in personnel management, marketing, sales and customer service.

But Greg's passion and commitment don't stop with his career; they spill into his personal life as well. He is very active with his two children and their after school programs and his is involved in his church as a Sunday school teacher. Greg also enjoys skiing - water and snow - camping and cooking.
