					<description>Thank you for pointing out the importance of customer service as a skill set and that it’s more than just meeting numbers. People who really care about supplying outstanding service to a customer are few and far between. And I for one think that too many companies relegate this classification to the low end of the salary scale believing that anyone can do this job and do it well.</description>
